Edward T. Baehrend
Ed has over 30 years of experience in financial services, at many well-known firms, such as Drexel Burnham Lambert (Vice President), Lehman Brothers (Vice President), Bear Stearns (Senior Managing Director), Tucker Anthony, Inc. (Senior Vice President), and joined Raymond James Financial Services as a Registered Principal in 2002. In the years he has been researching stocks and managing money, he has always felt the day-to-day interactions with clients is the highlight of his job.
Away from work, Ed is a proud father to son, Ethan Edward Baehrend, and loving husband to Diana Baehrend of 25 years. They currently live in Chicago’s Galewood Neighborhood, and have also lived in River Forest and Oak Park, where Ed served as a civilian trustee for the Oak Park policeman’s pension fund. Ed is an avid bicyclist and marathon runner. He has completed over 100 marathons, including running a marathon in each of all 50 states. He is currently one marathon away from running all 7 continents.
